Emergency Housing Shelter
Next Step Up
The Medina Metropolitan Housing Authority (MMHA) is excited to announce that construction began in March 2024 on Medina County’s first Emergency Housing Shelter
and is on track to open in January 2025. The Shelter, known as Next Step Up, is located on Walter Road in the building that formerly housed MMHA’s
administrative offices. The shelter will provide a total of 27 beds for men, women, and children in need as well as their pets.
How to Contribute
Next Step Up will be accepting donations in the very near future.
