Apply for Housing & Applicant Portal
Medina Metropolitan Housing Authority is excited to have launched the Applicant Portal. The Applicant Portal allows easy access to apply to a waiting list online, change your contact information, view/update your existing waiting list applications, contact the Housing Authority caseworkers via direct messaging, update electronic notification preferences, send and receive documents to/from the Housing Authority via the Secure Document Exchange, and look up your status and position on the waiting lists. Please remember that it is your responsibility to keep your contact information current.
If you are a new applicant, you can register for, and access, the Applicant Portal after you have submitted your application online. If you are an existing waiting list applicant, you will receive an email from the Medina Metropolitan Housing Authority with your code and instructions for logging into the Applicant Portal. If you did not provide your email address at the time of application, please request your code by emailing our office at mmha@mmha.org or call us at 330-725-7531.
