Work Orders and Maintenance

Once you are registered on the Tenant Portal, you may enter routine work orders in it for MMHA managed properties. You may also call for repair requests where work orders will be answered in the order they are received.

Hours of Operation

Normal Requests: Monday through Friday - 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
After Hours Emergency Requests: 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. - Weekdays
24 Hours - Holidays and Weekends

When placing a maintenance request, please be prepared to offer the following information:

Name
Address
Telephone number
Do you have a pet?
Short description of the problem or service request.
(Please be as specific as possible.)
