Our Commissioners and Staff

MMHA is governed by a five member, publicly appointed, unpaid Board of Commissioners. Board members are appointed by the Mayor of Brunswick; the Medina County Common Pleas Court; the Medina County Probate Court; and the Medina County Commissioners. Members serve five-year terms.

The Commissioners set policies to be implemented by 19 full-time and 2 part-time staff members. One of the goals of our full-time maintenance staff is to complete routine work orders in less that two days, which helps keep our residents satisfied and our properties well-maintained.

MMHA Board
